Rexer, the real estate agency of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, turned to Ocho Durando for the development of the identity and communication of a new residential initiative in the heart of Milan, between Via Soffredini and Via Vipacco.

The project took shape starting from a strategic workshop with the Rexer team and the developers — a key moment to surface values, goals, and vision. From there, we handled Naming, Copywriting, Brand Identity, Art Direction, and the design of all communication materials, with the aim of building a distinctive and coherent image capable of highlighting the uniqueness of the initiative and reaching an audience looking for a new way of living.
